The single-day pass is a great deal for someone who would like to come only to hear the presentations. Although you will miss out on the workshops with our experts, you will still get to attend one day of the conference to hear the talks.

This deal is great for someone who is traveling to Prague and needs somewhere to stay and would like to attend the conference, but not participate in the workshops. With this deal you can come to hear our speakers for the one day conference and have accommodation at a 4-star hotel for two nights.

There are several Engage Prague pricing options to choose from, depending on how long you'd like to stay in Prague and your accommodation needs. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Scroll down for more details about travel and group discounts, and to claim a discount on your flight with Air France/KLM. We can also provide letters needed for VISA applications.

Preferred hotel

If you are booking your own accommodation, we highly recommend staying at the Fusion Hotel. It is located right next to Wenceslas Square and approximately 15 minutes away by tram from the conference venue. As an Engage attendee, you will get 10% off your booking - just enter the code ENGAGE when making your reservation there.

VISA Letter Application

A VISA letter can be requested during the online registration process (full payment of the registration fees is required). VISA Letters will only be sent to fully registered conference delegates.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your attendance of Socialbakers Engage Prague and get a refund for a limited time only.

You will get a 90% refund if you cancel by April 30th 2015. If you cancel by May 17th 2015 you will get a 20% of the ticket price refunded. If you cancel after May 17th 2015, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Instead of getting the refund you can also defer your package to someone else. If you would like to defer your ticket, please get in touch with us at events@socialbakers.com.
